Randy Lubinsky is an accomplished entrepreneur, healthcare executive, and investor whose career spans finance, real estate, and medical technology. After earning his degree in finance, Randy began his professional journey as a mortgage banker and real estate developer. In 1986, he transitioned into healthcare—a move that would define his career and lead to decades of innovation and leadership in the industry.

Over the years, Randy has founded and built numerous companies, taking several public and guiding them through periods of growth and transformation. He has served as CEO of multiple public healthcare companies and today continues his work as Executive Chairman of a leading medical technology company.

In addition to his business accomplishments, Randy is deeply involved in the world of purebred dogs. Together with his wife Cynthia, he has spent over a decade sponsoring and campaigning champion show dogs, merging his entrepreneurial spirit with his passion for the canine community. His vision for creating unique, world-class experiences at the intersection of luxury, fashion, and the dog show world is at the heart of Elite Events.

Cynthia Lubinsky grew up in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, where her love of animals began early—often seen strolling the neighborhood with her beloved kitten tucked into a baby carriage. For more than five decades, she has called Longwood, Florida home, where her kindness, compassion, and deep care for both people and animals are well known.

Alongside her husband, Randy, Cynthia has been involved in campaigning and sponsoring champion show dogs for over twelve years. Her passion for Bullmastiffs, inspired by her first dog Ralphie, remains legendary in the dog show community. Today, she enjoys life with her two Bullmastiffs while also actively supporting her professional handlers in campaigning top Border Terriers.

Beyond the world of dogs, Cynthia is a true fashion connoisseur. With impeccable taste and an intuitive eye for style, she has long been admired as a trendsetter and fashionista. Her ability to spot emerging trends and her passion for couture align perfectly with Elite Events’ vision of fusing high fashion with the beauty and elegance of the show dog world.

Nicholas (“Nick”) Davis III is the Founder and Managing Director of CloverLeaf Capital, LLC, a boutique corporate finance and advisory firm specializing in niche markets and complex strategic transactions. With more than 35 years of experience spanning accounting, law, investment banking, corporate finance, and entrepreneurial ventures, Nick offers a rare combination of technical expertise and market insight.

Throughout his career, he has guided companies through mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, tax planning, corporate restructuring, offshore structuring, and operational turnarounds. His approach blends tactical precision with long-term strategic vision, supporting businesses from early-stage development through growth, scale, and successful exits.

Nick has held senior leadership roles—including Director, President, CFO, Executive Vice President, and General Counsel—within both private and publicly traded companies. He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.), a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.

Based in Orlando, Florida, Nick lives with his wife and continues to shape resilient, high-performance businesses through financial clarity and operational discipline.

Together, they traveled across Canada, where Emily learned the art of handling and honed her skills to perfection.

Now handling show dogs in Canada and the United States, Emily specializes in Border Terriers while handling all breeds with meticulous care and dedication. With over 300 Best in Show wins and a thriving breeding program under the Thistle Do prefix, Emily’s commitment to excellence continues to drive her success in the competitive dog show world.

With over 27 years in the fashion industry, Alva Page is a trusted name in model coaching. Known for training talent for top international designers and productions, Alva has helped transform models from around the world—elevating them from ordinary to unforgettable.

He is the creator of the Alva Page Method, a signature system that aligns confidence, presence, and technique to bring out a model’s true essence. His tiered coaching approach meets each model where they are and helps them grow to their next level—whether beginner or pro.

Alva is more than a coach. He’s a pioneer, innovator, and the visionary behind The Alva Page Method, redefining how models walk, move, and own their presence on and off the runway.

In addition to his groundbreaking work in fashion, Alva is also a professional dog handler, best known for presenting Keeshonds in the show ring. This rare combination of expertise uniquely positions him to teach both professional models and show dogs to walk together in harmony for the Canine Couture Runway Experience—blending precision, elegance, and showmanship into one unforgettable performance.

Lee Forrest lives in Orlando, Florida, and is a nationally recognized floral designer for luxury social and corporate events. With more than 35 years of professional experience, Lee brings a rare artistry to every project—transforming spaces into immersive, unforgettable environments.

For the Canine Couture Runway Experience , Lee will design the runway backdrops and lounges, crafting atmospheres that merge high fashion with timeless elegance. His work extends beyond floral arrangements—blending interior design sensibilities, bold textures, and refined palettes that set the stage for both glamour and drama.

When he isn’t envisioning show-stopping event designs, Lee can be found traveling the world, exploring botanical gardens, and finding inspiration in the halls of great art museums. His passion for beauty in all its forms is reflected in every detail he creates—making him the perfect visionary to bring the Canine Couture Runway Experience to life.

Crissy Froyd brings both organizational expertise and a dynamic media background to Elite Show Dogs, LLC. As Executive Assistant & Director of Communications, she plays a central role in supporting the operations of Elite Show Dogs while also shaping the brand’s media and public relations strategy.

A graduate of Louisiana State University, Crissy is an accomplished sports journalist and communications specialist with nearly a decade of experience covering football for USA TODAY SMG, as well as contributing to Sports Illustrated, NBC, and other notable outlets. Her writing has also spanned pop culture, true crime, and animal journalism, underscoring her versatility and editorial insight.

In addition to her media career, Crissy has a deep-rooted connection to the dog world. She has bred German Shepherd Dogs and spent 12 years assisting top professional handlers before stepping into the ring as a professional handler herself. This unique blend of storytelling, communications expertise, and hands-on show dog experience makes her an invaluable part of the team, bridging the worlds of journalism, public relations, and the show ring with equal finesse.

Michele Butler is a master of event design and production, known for creating life’s greatest experiences with artistry and precision. For more than two decades, she has crafted milestone celebrations, cultural showcases, and high-profile productions that captivate audiences and elevate brands.

Her philosophy is rooted in transformation—turning spaces into immersive environments where every detail tells a story. Michele combines flawless logistics with a visionary sense of style, ensuring each event is not only seamless but unforgettable.

As Event Director for the Canine Couture Runway Experience, Michele brings this expertise to the runway, orchestrating a world-class production where fashion, show dogs, and cultural imagination converge. She is more than an event planner; she is an architect of experiences that leave a lasting imprint.

“Intelligent design and a passion therefor” has been Eric Michalowsky’s guiding philosophy throughout his career. For Eric, design is not simply about the finished product—it’s about the process. From the very first client interaction through to final delivery, he brings both artistry and business discipline to every project. With a degree in Business Finance and Marketing, Eric combines creative vision with a deep understanding of operations, ensuring deadlines are always met and budgets never exceeded.

Eric founded Empower Graphics in 2006 after more than a decade of experience leading marketing and information technology efforts for retail chains and serving as a principal at corPersona, a boutique branding and corporate identity agency. There, he refined his expertise in corporate identity, logo design, and brand strategy through close collaboration with clients across industries.

Over the years, Eric has shaped the branding and marketing strategies of organizations such as Arby’s, Bose, the Leukemia Society, and the March of Dimes. He has also led the creative development of large-scale events including the Chris Evert Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic and Hollywood Nights, a bi-weekly initiative to revitalize downtown Hollywood, Florida, which brought together city officials, vendors, and community stakeholders in a successful public-private partnership.

Today, through Empower Graphics, Eric continues to guide diverse clients—ranging from Simply Organic, an international manufacturer of organic beauty products, to Cool Yogurt, an emerging national frozen yogurt franchise—through the creation of powerful, enduring brands.
