DreamStar Xolos

At DreamStar Xolos, our passion lies in preserving one of the world’s most ancient and noble breeds: the Xoloitzcuintli, or Mexican Hairless Dog. With roots tracing back more than 3,000 years, the Xolo was revered by the Aztecs, Toltecs, and Maya as both a loyal guardian and a spiritual guide. Today, the breed is celebrated not only for its striking elegance and calm temperament but also for its place as a living piece of history.

Guided by breeder Teresa Campbell in Avon, Indiana, DreamStar is dedicated to honoring this heritage while raising Xolos that excel as companions, competitors, and ambassadors for the breed. Each puppy is lovingly nurtured in our home environment—socialized through daily interaction and early enrichment to ensure they grow into confident, affectionate, and well-mannered dogs.
